What We offer
- Grant writing assistance and mentoring with identifying sources of support.
- Manage and monitor expenditures and project activities to insure compliance with specific grant guidelines and reporting requirements.
- Copyright of works created through DMZ, Inc., are property of the project’s director.
- Five percent of funds generated for each project through the corporation are absorbed to cover operating expenses.
- Contributions to contracted projects accepted by the corporation are tax deductible.
Request for Sponsorship
• Media artists who would like to receive support from Diverse Media Zone Inc., must send an inquiry for sponsorship before submitting an official application.
• Please send a letter indicating the non-profit nature of the project and a brief synopsis. Remember to include project name, project director, address, e-mail and telephone number. DMZ will contact you about submitting an official application after determining if the project fits the organizations guidelines for sponsorship.
Submitting an Application
Once your proposal has been reviewed for sponsorship, you will need to submit an official application to (diversemediazone@gmail.com). The application must include a letter indicating the non-profit nature of the project, a brief treatment, budget summary which includes personnel, supplies, equipment rental, travel and miscellaneous expenses, and a list of key personnel including brief biographies.
